About Little Way Studios

A small studio with a simple purpose: making things that help people connect.

Our story

Little Way Studios was founded by Adrian and Elanor Barr in Orange, NSW. The name comes from a simple idea — that small acts of care and creativity, done consistently and well, can make a genuine difference in people's lives.

We build apps, make music, run workshops, and do voiceover work. The thread that connects it all is experience across education, government, arts, and community — and a genuine interest in helping people connect with each other, with their work, and with the things that matter to them.

Our first products are BeanRun, a group coffee ordering app, and PrayMove, a guided prayer app for people on the move. Both started as ideas about bringing people together — one around the daily coffee run, the other around faith and movement.

We're a small team and we like it that way. It means we can focus on quality over quantity, take the time to get things right, and work on projects that we genuinely believe in.

Our mission

Things that help bring people together.

Everything we make is in service of this. Whether it's an app that makes someone's day a little easier, a workshop that sparks a new idea, or a piece of music that brings people into the room — we want our work to create real value in people's lives.

What we value

Start small, mean it

We don't try to do everything. We'd rather do a few things with real care than spread ourselves thin.

The ordinary, done well

We believe the biggest impact comes from getting the everyday things right — clear words, clean design, things that just work.

Make it for someone

We don't start with what we want to build. We start with who it's for — a real person with a real need.
